The Foundation Anna Villa and Felice Rusconi, which was originally created by Felix Rusconi, was established in Varese on 14 November 1974. It has been registered as a corporate body in November 1975.

The Foundation has till now awarded more than 400 scholarships for research in medical science. Since the nomination of the present chairman Noé Rusconi, the Foundation has been supporting also in the humanitarian aidhelp projects in various parts of the world., entry present Noé Rusconi.
