Mumtaz Ahmed Mughal, born 1982 in Muzaffarabad, married, works since the earthquake in 2005 in the social and humanitarian sector for the welfare of the most vulnerable persons and victims of the earthquake in the rural areas of Muzaffarabad.
He started working for our “foster child programme “ in February 2009 on a voluntary basis and due to his great empathy and motivation we engaged him as full-time collaborator from February 2010 on.
Mumtaz is an extreme positive, open and kind person, his friendliness and hospitality towards the people is very impressive. With great enthusiasm, sensitivity and compassion he guides and controls the foster child programme.
Thanks to him and his successful work of identifying the most vulnerable orphans in the rural and mountainous areas of Kashmir, we could improve together with the connected foster parents the poorly living conditions of many children orphans.
We are very happy and proud to have him on our side as he works with heart and soul and great professionality together with our implementation partner “GMMWT” for these vulnerable children.
